Under the visionary leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Egypt has embraced a bold national agenda, Vision 2030, that places innovation, education, and scientific research at the forefront of sustainable development and economic transformation. This vision reflects the President’s steadfast commitment to building a knowledge-based society capable of competing globally and delivering real value to future generations.
In alignment with this national direction and , the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) Strategic Blueprint, the National Strategy for Institutional Innovation represents a pivotal commitment by MoHESR to embed innovation across Egypt’s higher education and research ecosystem. It seeks to institutionalize agility and creativity, promote excellence, and empower universities and research centers to actively lead Egypt’s innovation trajectory with independence, vision, and strategic clarity.
In response to global challenges, the strategy provides a forward-looking framework that positions higher education as a national engine for innovation. It aligns with international standards, strengthens institutional capacities, and ensures Egypt’s academic and research institutions are equipped to achieve leadership and impact on the global stage.
I invite all academic leaders, faculty, researchers, and students to join us in this mission. Together, we can fulfill the aspirations of Egypt’s Vision 2030 and establish our nation as a regional and global hub for innovation in education, science, and research.
